Question: I have a bad pain in my lower right abdomen which I'm presuming is ovulation pain. I'm supposed to be going to my friends birthday party in about 4 hours and if my pains carry on like this I'm not going to be able to go, I can hardly stand up straight. How can I relieve the pain?

About one in five women experience pain and discomfort during ovulation. The duration of the pain varies from one woman to the next, but ranges from a few minutes to 48 hours. In most cases, ovulation pain doesn't mean that anything is wrong. However, severe pain may sometimes be symptomatic of gynaecological conditions including endometriosis, which was the cause for painful ovulation and periods I experienced for nearly a year before I decided to seek help from my doctor and gynaecologist. I would recommend that you consult with your doctor/gynaecologist if your ovulation pain lasts longer than three days or is associated with other unusual menstrual symptoms, such as heavy bleeding.  

4th day of my periods

Hi, I am trying to conceive. Its 4th day of my periods 

I am 1 year, 3 months yrs married. Age : 28 yrs, My cycle is 28 days, but past 3 months i have been getting it on 29th, 30th & 31st day(respectively). I have below mentioned queries :

Yes it is and it's not weird, you are using your imagination and the floor/bed to masturbate (Prone technique) and I did this when I was young, it's feels good. However be careful, there can be issues with prolonged use of this technique, such as a bent or curved penis(TMS) which could lead to erection/sex issues in the future.
