I am 1 year, 3 months yrs married. Age : 28 yrs, My cycle is 28 days, but past 3 months i have been getting it on 29th, 30th & 31st day(respectively). I have below mentioned queries :
1. When will be my ovulation due
2. which are the days i should have intercourse & how many times
3. do i need to start Folic acid tablets immediately?
4. What eatables / Food will lead to increase in sperm count?

Pl Note: I am trying to conceive from last month onwards, Last Month We had intercourse during my Ovulation period (Thrice we had- 3 days) but nothing worked out positively. Yes but my husband had Savior cold during that period. Could this be a reason for me not conceived despite of following all the steps correcty?

Good to hear, that you are 28 years old and married for one and quarter years. These are good foundation for procreation. Infact, I like to counsel for such a couple, rather than to the teenage or unmarried couple.
Q1. Ovulation(=release of ova) occurs once in one cycle, around the middle of the cycle. One can also exactly determine the day of ovulation by using the LH Ovulation test kit. Daily perform the test using the 1st sample of urine from the 10th day to 16th days of your cycle. 2 pink lines indicates ovulation has occurred. One line at C only. no ovulation yet.
Q2. On the day of Ovulation and for another 2 days is sufficient for conception. How many times a day? The frequency depends on the couple's cooperation and enjoyment. Both must enjoy.
Q3. Folic acid strenthens the implantation and up keeping of the product of conception. That doesn't means you should start immediately.

In addition, to the coital timing, around the time of ovulation, the following procedures and rituals aids in pregnancy rate:
1. Getting the partner ready for coitus and foreplay promotes conception rate.
2. Placing a towel or small pillow under the receptive partner's hip, especially prior to the ejaculation
3. Ideally, the receptive partner should lie flat, on her back, for the whole night or at least for 4 to 5 hours after the coitus.
4. Strictly no douching or washing of vagina, immediately after the completion of coitus.

Above all DON'T give up Hope and have full FAITH on the Almighty. Good luck and God Bless you couple
